Email Updates

All GYGSC Members and Friends have now been added to the automatic email updates from the Web site.  This should help to keep us all informed.

The Email is sent out automatically once a week if any new information has been added to the website. If no new information has been added no email will be sent.

If you don’t wish to receive these emails just click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

If you wish to add another email address just sign up @ the bottom right the web site.

Normal Updates to results will not be included in these emails.

Barts Bash 21st September

GYGSC will be joining in with probably the biggest sailing race ever!  In memory of Andrew ‘Bart’ Simpson.  .  Start time will be the usual 10:30am.

We are hoping for a big turnout, so please remind anyone you see not to miss a great day and invite your friends from other clubs to come and join in the fun!!

Training Day 13th September

The last training day of the year is the 13th September.  Start time is 10:30 with your boat rigged.  An ideal chance to tune your sailing and racing skills.  All welcome, members and non members alike.   Visitors are also welcome to stay and sail on Sunday in the club racing.  All completely free of charge!

Something new for this year, we will be running 3 training days.  A chance to improve your boat handling and race skills.

Dates/times:

Saturday 7th June – Rigged for 10:30am

Saturday 12th July – Rigged for 10:30am

Saturday 13th September – Rigged for 10:30am

These days are open to non members as well as members of GYGSC and are free to attend.
